On Bourdillon Road, a 4 Bedroom penthouse apartment is listed for $90,000 per annum. In the almighty Banana Island, a 4 bedroom luxurious penthouse apartment at the Bella Vistais listed for $130,000 per annum with a service charge of $15,000.
